As of 1-14-12, I will be on day 45 of my hunger strike to protest the failed Loan Modification programs and the $700 Billion taxpayer bailout recipients’ non-compliance with conditions of TARP which requires those banks to make a “good-faith” effort to assist homeowners with saving their homes through modifications of the terms of their loans, specifically by a reduction of borrowers’ mortgage interest rates. Like millions of Americans, I have been going through the insane quagmire of a Loan Modification since 2009.
