it was great helped me and my hubby a lot, well a year later we are right back in a financial jam. I have been out of work since Sep 9th I had our son in Oct. I plan on getting back to work as soon as possible. My question is how likely will my mortgage company do a second modification for us. I really am praying that we don’t lose the house we are trying so hard. Has anyone here ever gotten a second modification from (WFHM)
Thanks OldJimmy! I have been talking with my loan preserver, and I have faxed him all the documents and information that he has requested, i.e. income, divorce decree, financial worksheets. Just like last time, well it worked then I just pray that it works this time also. Thanks for your kind reply.
